Just wondering if anybody has fitted Sachs gas shockers to there vrs?,mine has done 93000 miles on its original dampers and its time for an upgrade! Dont want to go down coilover route just want some shockers that will go well with some eibach springs.Bilstein dont seem to list a standard replacement for Vrs and im to tight to buy a set of B6,s...any ideas would be welcomed.

Can you can Sachs dampers for the vRS? Actually aren't Eibach ones made by Sachs - or did I just make that up?? :confused:

Sachs list front and rear shockers for vehicles with "sports chassis",dont know about them supplying Eibach.

I need some new shockers for mine soon. If i dont go down the coilover route where can i get these from?

Koni FSD's are great

Failing that, the likes of Koni and Eibach do more basic like-for-like sports dampers circa £250 I think.

Im just up the road from you in Sunderland,i rang Fleet Factors at Gateshead who are on Sach,s website as a supplier,very helpful man rang Sach,s direct and told me they cant hold of the shockers i want just the Boge substitute! Still searching at the mo....
