I had to take my fuel flap out....In the rubber seal that fits round the neck is a breather pipe. Please can someone tell me where the other end goes to as its just dangling now.....

Polo 02 TDI From reading a few golf sites I think it just maybe an overflow for if you fill the fuel to high....
