Philips Silver Vision or Osram Diadem which ones

Featured Replies

Have decided to upgrade the light in my ocy.I have factory fitted xenons and have decided to fit Osram Night Breakers which include the free Philips Blue vision side lights.

I also want to get rid of the fried egg look but can't make my mind up whether to get the Philips Silver vision or the Osram Diadem's.What do you lot think?

I've got Diadems (not in an Octy though) but I should have got Silver visions - they look better

I bought Phillips blue bulbs for my side lights, there was blue ones already in it (with Factory Xenons).

I think the silver coated indicators removed the "egg look"

I got Silvatecs instead. They actually look silver, as opposed to the Diadems which are slightly blueish.

Well just ordered Night Breakers and Philips Silver Vision. Will have to read and inwardly digest the topic on how to change the bulbs now.

It's fairly easy Bertie; and as you probably already know lots of info on here

re "How to...." , just remember to protect the paintwork under the light cluster whilst you remove/replace.

I used an "old" tea towel, and then put it back in the draw before the gaffer spotted me ! :D
