Just wondering if anyone out there has had experience of tins.co.uk? I ordered a black Fabia vRS on Monday but haven't heard anything from them since and neither of their phone numbers worked today. Nothing has arrived through the post but I see that today they have taken the deposit out of my account!

Should I be worried?... :shakehead

Dont be too worried, Tins are part of pendragon plc...one of the largest car dealers in the country.

Placed my order thro' tins. Took about 5 days for the order form to come thro - but ordered over the phone in the end.

Funnily enough I was on the phone to them today & somebody answered, but the customer services manager wasn't there.

You should get the estimated delivery soon, if not ring them up.

I had somebody ring me about a week after placing my deposit.
