If anyone has one of the favorit torches they don't need/want, either working or not, can you let me know as I'm after one.

Favorits came with torches?

Some of the later ones came with a removeable, rechargeable torch that doubled as the boot light, clipped into a bracket on the left hand side of the boot. Think it was the GLXi(e) and LXi(e) plus models that had them if I recall correctly .

They often didn't work properly though, as the importer fitted them here in the UK, and often connected up the wiring loom wrongly!

i didnt know that, I havent seen anything in my Favorit. Chances are in various ownership changes it has gone awol.

A few years ago I got hold of a rechargeable torch from Wilkinsons which came with a wall mountable holding/charging bracket and a cig lighter plug. Modified the wiring (the wall bracket was hard wired to the 240v plug), and hooked it up to the sidelight so it charges whenever the lights are on. I think the one I got is discontinued but I am sure with a bit of searching you may be able to find something similar if an original fav one is elusive

My favorit blackline has a torch in the boot and it works my engine has now broken tho :(

the torch has two bulbs one is for a boot light that works when you open the boot

It would be a miracle to find one working, they always packed up.
