Leaking Boot

I've got moisture droplets that sit on the boot seal. There is smell of damp must. I've checked my spare wheel well that has condensation droplets in it. I have only had the car (octavia cr tdi vrs fl 2010) since Tuesday evening and used the rear wiper once. I haven't checked the wiper feed line connection nor the vent on the right of the boot lining behind the carpet flap. Is this a common issue on Octavias ?
