True true. Still would sit at 1,000rpm in 3rd however! My car really doesnt like being below 2k anymore!

Interestingly on this subject I emailed one remapping company asking about what sort of figures they would be happy remapping to and they said around 170bhp and 270lb/ft because they could remap up to 320lb/ft+ however such torque in such a small car would be "un-insurable" in the wet...

No mention was given to clutch and other parts being limited, more emphasis was made of insurance considerations lol, thought it somewhat strange...

LOL un-insurable = unusable power in the wet.. Outlook spell check trying to be too clever.The emphasis was towards driveability & usability.Nick
