will this item fit the Octy vRS,i'm sure i've seen this on a certain black Octy vRS that has now been sold to make way for a MK2 Golf.

is this the case???

IIRC there are two types available from Forge/Samco for the 1.8T, I can't help you with part numbers though I'm afraid. If it wasn't dark and ****ing it down I'd look but it is so best ring Forge to make sure ie don't click 'buy me' just yet.

Apparently an even bigger bugger to fit than the ABD TIP....as it's a silicon pipe you need a jubilee clip to secure it to the turbo.....grazed knuckle time/lots of swearing etc.

Paul reckon it made a noticable difference over the neuspeed TIP he had fitted before it, replaces two pieces with one pipe doesnt it !?

all this new stuff to fit to my Octy when i get it back from the garage,and Christmas isn't even here yet!!!!

i have emailed Samco anyway about a Hose Kit for the Octy and they replied saying that a kit is being developed at the moment,just for everyones info.

You only get the TIP from forge. The other pipes are a boost hose kit for a MK4 Golf 1.8T from Awesome GTi. Samco are developing a kit for the octy 1.8T when the golf one fits

Would you mind telling me where I can get the blue vacuum line like in the above photo? I've heard it's sold by the metre but don't know where from.

be careful what you buy, i used some silicon vacuum hose on my R19 and it splits and perishes very easily.

make sure the stuff you get has a cotton woven into it like the samco hoses...

DT do Samco hose by the metre - get a tight grip on your credit card ...
