Hey there guys, i have some doubt.

just today i found out that my car´s ECU is apparently programmed for the German region. hence all the names for the modules appear in german.

i have also seen that the ECU has some prepogramed parameters such as altitude correction, and id like to know if this value changes from region to region.

since im on the caribbean maybe my car is running on settings that are not the most efficient for my country.

any ideas on this subject? anyone knows if theres any important difference between region settings?

I had mine changed from England to Australia settings to that it read in km not miles. There apparenlty isn't an NZ setting :(

As far as I know it just affects the dash language and km/miles readings
