Clio Lights question

Is there a relay for each (left & right) main beam light on Clios (02 model)? If so where's it located?

A guy in work thought his right bulb was blown, swapped bulb and bulbs were both good. Checked connector block to headlamp and no power to that particular cable. Checked fuses at side of dash and okay.

The cover is missing off the relaybox in engine bay so can't tell what relays/fuses are for.

Any help appreciated.
