My electric mirrors have stopped working on vRS although the heating element still works and the electric windows have also stopped working. Checked fuses for mirrors and windows and all ok. I think it may a relay or canbus.

The mirrors were working fine although the windows were slow to open and close and sounded like they were struggling the last time I used them.

Am I on the right track?

Comfort control module, or dry joins on edge connector in drivers door control module. A code scan may shed more light on the actual module causing the problem.

Before spending any money, pull off drivers door switch panel (just prises up), - unscrew switch under protector if necessary - and the mirror control switch panel ; check contacts, connectors.These switches can get very dirty and make poor contacts. Best of luck.

Edit - same for mirror - be careful the spring can jump out.
