What do people think about the post FL grill going on a pre FL car? as per this site?

Bry - If you're keeping the hearse, go for the full "murdered out" look (oh yeah, I'm down with the kids)... Get the black devil eyes headlamps, tint your rear lights, drop it 60mm, re-powder your zeniths matt black.

And keep the drugs safe under the fasle boot floor.., drug dealers should move into the octavia with the moded look what with all holes to put things in!

Those picture clearly shows the the FL grill does not fit the Pre FL car at all, the lower profile of the grill has a greater curve than the pre-fl bumper so there is an overhang that you can just see on the image. Look at the lower edge in the centre where the skoda badge sits and you will see the overhang of about 1.5cm, to remove that you would need to buy a FL bumper, Headlights and wings.

I would spend the money on beer and crisps instead, it does look a lilttle "try hard" Makes it even worse with those silly eye brow thingies.

In the light looks naf I think, I rember the rover 200 about 93 lots of people my dad was put the 94 model grill on there cars to make look newer... Seems the same

but IMHO the 'stealth' look of a colour coded grille is much better.
