Interior Lights Help

Featured Replies

Right basically i was trying to get the microphone for my handsfree to the middle into the mic hole, after struggling for ages i gave up, can you short out circuits in a car?? ie interior lights because non of my interior lights work (door opening light courtesy lights glovebox light boot light) could i have just damaged the fuse and will just need to replace this?? or if i had knocked a cable will it break the circuit??

Also in these horrible wet conditions when i park up at night then go to work in the morning my brakes stick and have to jolt it abit to move, what is this? can i do anything to fix this??

Thanks in advance

For the lights, you've probably either blown the fuse or disturbed the connector to the lamp unit. Or maybe just blown the bulb? Do the reading lamps still work??

For the brakes, if they're damp when you park up then there's a good chance that any moisture will freeze overnight given the weather recently.

leave the handbrake off, but leave it in gear

don't try this if the car is parked on a slope though

Fuse 4 which is 10 AMP. You should disconnect battery before working on electrics.
