The vrs gearknob, is it a screw on item like most other gearknobs?

I only ask as I'm due to fit my b&m short shift at the weekend and if it's not I'll have to go out and spend more bloomin money

yep it just screws on if i remember right

iam sure it just pushes on straight and then has a jubilee clip type thing around the bottom which it grips onto a rough patch on the gear stick shaft.

yep second one is right, it has a grippy area and a clamp clip to hold it on,just slides on and off, you can just about reuse the clips but most times not
