Can I get my tyres replaced with winter tyres now, then get the normal ones put back on later?

Wouldn't you need to order 5? That way the spare is a winter tyre too.

the spare looks pretty good for the snow- at least, miine does- skinny tyre with blocky tread

Just phoned my local tyre fitter (they only do tyres) and they can't get any snow tyres in until February... so I'll sort out another set of wheels and snow tyres during the summer ready for next winter.

Might even be able to get a discount in June. Extra sales for them
