Manufacturers' Websites slow to upload pictures

Featured Replies

In the age of the internet and digital cameras, and the ease with which you can upload photographs, why are franchised dealers so bloody slow at posting pictures of cars up on the manufacturers' used websites.

I get p*ssed off at regularly seeing the message "Awaiting picture/photo" from one week to the next.

It's not rocket science, and it wouldn't take many minutes a day to update, so why don't all dealerships keep the website current ?

On another point, why can't Skoda manage to get the car configurator working - must surely be down to pure laziness, or the fact they just can't be bothered !

Rant over

:swear::swear::swear:

I guess it's that they often have the car specs before they have the car itself.
