Hi all, my girlfriend has a 55 plate VRS. The engine management light came on the other day, the car runs fine and all fluid levels are all correct. The light came on straight after I fitted a new headlight bulb could this be related. The car is going in for a diagnostic test on Saturday. Just after a bit of advice really.

any news on what caused your warning light ?

Yep problem with the glowplug relay, he cleared the fault but it came back on today. Thing is car starts and drives fine, any one had a similar problem?

Sounds like the exact same thing I have with mine,

I've had my vrs in for a scan and it came back with a coil/glowplug fault they cleared the fault and the EML came on again the next day so something needs replacing !

The car starts and drives absolutly fine aswell, another case of "it just broke overnight" :wonder:

I'm starting to wonder with this car...... :S
