Had to do this job just before Christmas. The anti-freeze in the washer bottle wasn't strong enough. The liquid froze solid, the washer pump suffered and gave up the ghost. It's an hour's work. Remove right-hand side wheel. Remove protective lining from wheel-arch. (a bit fiddily to find all the screws). The bottle can now be removed. A new pump cost £37. Rebuild and Bob's your uncle. If you have access to a garage lift it's a lot easier. Make sure your washer liquid is OK down to -20°C.
