Hello am in the middle of fixing my leaky rear doors, i have removed all i can i just need the locking lug behind the speaker cover, what do i need to get this off? thanks Glenn

Not exactly sure what you mean here unfortunately. If it's the tweeter cover, it comes off by gently prising it out with a small screwdriver.
