you lot think you have it bad picking up road salt off the road, i work at one of the mines that mines it, and when it has been processed it gets stored outside in a bit pile and if the wind is going the wrong way the dust just blows onto your car. the carpark is about 100 yards away from where it is stored.

the whole car looked like this, fortunately it doesnt happen all that often, but sometimes it is 3x worse than that.
