Does anyone if you can have both the DRL's on and the side light bulbs in the front light units (when you switch to sidelights)?

Can this be set by VCDS?

I don't think there is sidelight bulbs on the Fl vrs. When you select sidelights the drl's dim to half brightness.

The bulbs are definitely fitted to my VRS but they don't work!!

On the non VRS FL's the side light bulbs work, as they don't have DRL's.

I don't think anyone has got them both to work yet.

They may work, have you tried seeing if they work when the DRLs are disabled via VCDS or the Maxidot. I think it maybe a case of one or the other, rather than both at the same time.
