About 12 days ago I made a few phone calls and finally put an order in for a new set of wheels for my VRS. I decided on a set of Compomotive TH's in Anthracite - 8x17 et35. £825 thank you very much. Ordered through Reyland (the Cosworth guys!)

Phone this afternoon to find out how the order is doing as they expected delivery between 14-21 days depending on work load. The mentioned a few "issues" with the order and asked me to call Compomitve directly to discuss!!!! Oh Crap!!!

Spoke to a nice guy at Compomotive that said "8x17's wont fit on a Fabia!" - I replied "I beg to differ - i'll put money on it!" - "Are you sure???? - ok we'll finish the wheels on Tuesday next week and we'll get them upto you by the end of next week - on one condition - Send us some pics when you get them on the car!

I had the same with my ET25 pro-race 1s - "Won't fit mate" - Just send them - They'll fit!!!! They'll be fine.
