Not sure if i can make this as yet until nearer the time, would there be a chance of a run if i turned up on the day? If not i may turn up just to spectate.

Considering it was an awful day weather wise I didn't think anyone would turn up, but there were 28 cars on the rollers! Will link some pics later , will be plenty more throughout the year, the mk2 remapped vRS got 229bhp with 231 lb ft (IIRC) and 233 bhp with less talk on the second run

Sounds like it was a good day despite the weather, look forward to seeing the pics . Was the mk2 a Briskoda member and did you run any of yours in the end?

Just been advised Rindy is holding another rolling road session in two weeks time, and as some of you were interested last time thought I'd post it on here, might put the vRS on as the Renault 21 turbo has now been sold

Hi Matt, Nice suggestion but i don't think even putting the Yaris on the rolloing road would sway it and then there's the fact that my beloved is a red head and part Italian i think it would be a case of lighting the blue touch paper then and then or maybe i'm bound to go down there rather than the pearly gates. If that makes any sense.

And as Zoe says i want to stay married

Nice to see there are two other Octavias at the rolling road day

I'm happy, my standard vRS at 140k miles got 182bhp 184 lb ft torque

TrevorB33 did very well at 239 bhp and 214 lb ft (hope I was ok to publish that!

'work' implies you get paid often help out for 'fun' FMS is essentially just Rindy, it a bit of give and take really, help him out with rolling road days he buys breakfast or helps out with the car!
