Apex rdx coilovers fitted. Backs are raised on this picture I've now lowered the back and raised the front until I can get spacers as the locking collars where rubbing on the inside of my front tyre wall.

Rides not too bad to be fair but gettin some bad rattles and knocks even when fronts raised, giving them a couple of weeks to settle though and hopefully will be fine. Just dont lower the front too much if your on standard wheels as collars rub on inside of your tyre on front.

Any catching? :)

Do not like all this lowering, too low looks daft.

Not now ive raised the front. But need to fit spacers before i can lower front again. Plenty of catchin that low though lol.

Prefer the car as low as possible compared to standard ride height...looks like a tractor!

But standard ride height is useable and fairly comfortable, really low looks stupid will ride terribly and will not be able to negotiate the speed bumps that are all over the place.

Are you old???

Looks good Blackett was out with your dad on bikes today

;)

That photo makes it look like you've got matt red paint?!

Is it a trick of the light, of some post-processing you've done on the photo, or is that for real?!

P.S. Oh, and it's very low! :D

It's for real

Just gets better. Please stop now ;)

Matt Red > Matt Black

Is that good? Lol

Good>Bad ;)

Haha.

That does look absolutely mint though. I have to say, the novelty of matt black has worn off for me a bit. How did you cope with the bottom of the sills? I'm forever having to patch it where the vinyl has come away when the weather has been less than ideal.

Ive been a presitge vehicle wrapper for over 5 yes now working on anything bugatti veyrons to Ferrari to lambo and rolls royce, in that time ive learnt some little tricks and skills for areas of cars where people usually struggle, for example, my mirrors and door handles are in one piece of vinyl, no patches or joins, the sills are thoroughly cleaned, degreased, de tar'd and cleaned again, and then primed using a special 3m primer designed to up the adhesion strength by upto 50%, this coupled with the preheating and post heating process of the vinyl means the sills will never move no matter what's thrown at them. Jon

This sounds excellent. I think you two need to talk further :D

New colour choice coming up then Harry?

Thanks for the tips.

I did the sides of my car in one piece and cut around the doors (mainly to save vinyl). The handles and mirrors were done in one piece. The only area i've struggled with like I say is adhesion on the sills due to the textured finish.

It'd be great to meet up sometime to have a look and see how the results that a professional can achieve.

Wardy - I'm thinking of a chrome blue or matt orange. Something a bit different to really stand out a bit. It'll have to be on the back burner though - need a new gearbox!
