help ,

i have a 2001 fabia 1.4 mpi comfort .

the drive belt idle pulley is nackered and needs replacing.

ive tried andrew pages and others and they say its a dealer part only !

so i rang the stealers and they quoted me £63 +vat which seems a bloody lot for a pulley with a bearing in the middle !.

has anyone managed to source one from anywhere else other than main dealers ????

I had a quick look and it said:

33.3 Euro

Not sure I picked your exact model though, it might also be:

047145276A
relay roller / for vehicles with manually regulated air conditioner 75MM
24.35 Euro

There seems to be different diagrams under "engine/alternator" and "electrical systems/connecting and mounting parts"
