My dealer says there is not one available from Skoda for the FL on the Octy II.

I did not think the tailgate was different, anyone more informed ?

The tailgate is identical. Sounds like your dealer talking themself out of work.

My belief is that there is no difference in the tailgate.

I hope (and anm sure) that's correct, becuase I have a brand new one here in the office, that I bought around 18 months ago (on eBay for £45), in anticipation of replacing my car after 3 years and not 4!!

Part no. is FAA 620 001 and is supplied in primer, without the adhesive kit.

This part no cross checks with that shown in Ocativia Accessories brochure "Edition UK 4/09" which is for FL Octavis.

Incidentally, anyone who can confirm the paint code for black magic - I want to take the spoiler to a body shop to get painted in advance of delivery of the car - will the paint match just on the paint code or should the body shop have the car to check?

Hi I was also told the same, no spoiler avalible for the FL octavia estate, I also belive the boot is the same profile and belive it would fit however I was also told that skoda was going to restyle the spoiler in line with the FL but they have decided not to develop one. I am tempted to order one of the ones for the pre FL octavias and get it painted and fitted.

The strange thing is that the Accessories brochure that I quoted, shows FL model Octavia.
