Will double check in the morning but I think mine is grey....

Got mine 3 weeks ago and it has a charcoal grey headlining - some might say black, but pedantry is in the eye of the beholder.

Mines def dark grey.

I think we're all right without going to the trouble of getting a pantone chart out :thumbup:
