I have had an Xbox for nearly two years now, and have resisted the temptation to go online. However, i don't think i can resist any longer. With the latest games such as warfare games etc, i am finding it very hard to be content with just the computer as an opponent.

I intend going out in the next week and trading in my HALO (which i have completed on every evel) for the new HALO II.

What do i need to connect to Xbox live??

I do not have a broadband connection yet, is it opssible to use the standard phone line?

What is the cost of running Xbox live? is it a set rate, or an hourly charge, like a standard phone line??
