As above any point in doing this? as going to get me pipe for catch can soon may try and do my own kit is it worth it?

Only benefit really is that you can keep the engine cover on when normally if you put an aftermarket DV on in place of the OEM one it will knock against the engine cover.

It keeps the DV nice and cool - not sure how much of an advantage that is. I moved mine because when I fitted my TIP the DV rattled against the strut brace.

I keep butchering my engine cover so that things still fit. I only refitted it yesterday after it's been hanging on the garage wall for months:

no gain in this and would only do this if the dv hits against the strut brace otherwise i wouldnt bother

There are definitely better things to spend the money on

i took a different route though, so i didnt have to butcher my engine cover

looking good my engine cover and battery cover been painted silver so a bit off blue may look

mark the only thing ith the way you did it is you go straight over the top of the hot turbo!!!!!

very true i guess, its does look better then when its routed any other way
