USB cable

Featured Replies

Is it possible to fit a USB wire to my AUDIENCE stereo.Skoda do something for the FL Octavia,Superb and Yeti part number AZO 800 002.Will this connect directly to my setero or is it just for the modern type stereos,Bolero etc,etc ....? do I need to modify any of the harness ?. You may well know but for those who don't the Audience is the unit with the built in 6 disc changer + my car is equipped with the sound system.Reason I want to install this USB cable is to play MP3's directly from the pen drive rather than burn CD's all the time. Thanks in advance for any replies.

You cant do anything with the Audience as it has no external inputs at all. Dont forget you can put six CDs full of MP3s into the internal changer giving you about 5GB music in total.

I know that, thing is I am bored listening to the same stuff and the car is full of CD boxes. Also the local radio stations play awful songs here in Malta,If I could plug a pen drive no need for me to carry any more CD's in the jumbo box which I can then use for other useful stuff....On another note,How come I've seen an RS with an Audience head unit and the car's got an auxilary jack output in the jumbo box then ?.

Only the very last of the Audience headunits had a working aux input. Basically if yours has 2 antenna connections then it may have an aux in, but if its a single then it wont have.
