Xenons or not?

Featured Replies

No sorry but I'd have them again. Each to their own I know, but...

No sorry, my quote was frustration at yet another xenons post. For crying out loud there are three on the go at the moment!!

Just wish people would use the search function.......... emoticon-0106-crying.gif

Have xenons on my FL Vrs and they are well worth it. Had a Audi S3 with Xenons and i feel the Skodas are brighter and a bit more blue than the S3 ones, even if they are both VAG.

I Don't understand why some people on this forum are so nagative! If you don't like a thread dont read it surely? Some people are obviously finding it interesting as they are replying to it.

I'm not being negative Speedy merely frustrated at the fact that there are THREE posts on Page1 of the OctaviaII forum at the same dealing with Xenons! People really need to do a search or even (God forbid) read the other posts!!!! This is a really well used forum with a lot of knowledgable people on it and it would almost certainly save the OP time because the answer is probably already out there! As for not reading it - if people didn't read posts then nothing would get answered its just that a quick search can provide the answer (and more)emoticon-0148-yes.gif

For what its worth, I reckon go for the xenons. Had I had the option I would have done because they are so superior to halogen its a no brainer!

Normal Members get a 10% discount and paid 'Freedom' members get 15% off from Powerbulbs. If you use the Search function on here you will find the code, even searching Google will find the same code. I have used them and got brilliant service from them, ordered at 1.45 pm and they arrived the next morning with the normal post. Also the bulbs have free delivery.

H7 X-treams, normally £27.85 were £25.07 delivered, including free Philips (clear) sidelight bulbs. You may find them even cheaper on fleBay.
