Hi Ray,

probably need to ask the dealer for a definitive answer.

You can however get pretty close buy looking at the various date stamps around the vehicle, for example the A/C hoses have a full date on them, tyres and body panels have week & year dates and on mine the A/C cooler has 42/09 on the data plate (on the top edge) this is the week of production for my Monster (14/10/09 to be exact).

wiring harness from battery, includes last design modification date 30.11.06, date and time of manufacture 01/08/09 16:00 and place of manufacture South Africa (long way from CZ :S )

Amazing how far some parts travel, although I think the oddest thing I ever came across was an Auto Express? article regard UK built Civics being shipped back to Japan; fitted with an engine that had come from Japan in the first place

Thank you very much

And there I was today, TP giving the engine and hoses a bit of a wipe (bit of dirty salt spray on the nice shiny CR170 emoticon-0106-crying.gif ) and I never paid attention to the date stamps! Shows the 'just in time' system is working then.

Hi Ray,

WK32 was the first production week for UK Monsters. Is this the newest date you found on yours? As previously mentioned mine is WK42 and the A/C cooler (viewed through the front top grill) was also 42/09 B)

As aero suggested the parts just in time is working quite nicely for Skoda :)

That date was stamped into the front wing shuts. Most of the electrics are dated end July 2009.

Possible built WK35 then if yours follows mine so to speak; 39/09 for wings, full car production WK42. See if you can find the cooler data plate by looking through the front grill drivers side top corner (on my Monster).

TP
