Would quite like to get some front mud flaps for my 2002 Octavia VRS as at this time of year living in a rural area it looks like it has been through a rally stage within about a day of washing it. The only genuine ones I can find say not for VRS and I don't want to fit aftermarket rally style ones. Do Skoda or another supplier do standard front mudflaps to match the rear ones for a VRS?

Yes they do, I can't remember the part numbers off hand but do a search on this part of the forum for "front mud flaps" and I'm sure the part numbers will come up. When I bought mine about a year ago they were only £15 for the pair.

got some on mine too. .. i think they are normal octavia ones but they fit fine look the business too!!

I believe Skoda should be able to source you some if you asked them.

What's the worst that can happen with non-VRS flaps; they rub the road under hard cornering? If so, the problem will go away eventually!

Ordered some this morning from local Skoda dealer for £14.90 (incl VAT) which is cheaper then the ones on ebay by 9p! Seems very reasonable and will be in Saturday morning.
