Badly Need a New Phone

Featured Replies

My Nokia N82 is now on it's last legs so I need a new phone. What phones can people reccommend? I don't like iPhones so that's out. I'm not sure what phones are good at the moment. There's the Nexus One and a few HTC's and a few people I know have now got Blackberrys but I know nothing about them.

What else is good at the moment? This will be the first phone I'll be getting on contract so it needs to be a brilliant phone, a good deal and preferably for only 18 mths.

Thanks in advance

Any ideas? What phones do you guys have?

i've just got a nokia 5800 on t mobile, 300 mins, unlimited texts, £13 a month, i know this is a discounted figure but don't think full price is much more. so far i'm happy with the handset, and i wouldnt have anything else than a nokia i dont think, have always found them reliable!

i-Phone,..Unbelievable, will be getting mine in about a month when my upgrade is due, It'll go nicely with my Mac Book Pro

I'm tempted by a BlackBerry 9700 Bold. Does anyone know anything about it?

If you can hang on, and like the Nexus one, then the HTC desire lands on T-mobile end of march, other networks from 10th April.

I am currently using a Nokia e66, wifi, gps, free nokia maps. 300 mins, unlimited txts on Vodafone. I seem to get free 3g data too :-) £15/month

Guess really it depends on what you want your phone to do for you, and size, etc. I cycle a lot so I want a quite small phone :-)

I have a nokia 5800 and to put it bluntly! IT'S AWFUL!

Crashes all the time, slow to respond, shuts down mid call........I could go on, but I can't be bothered to waste anymore of my precious time talking about this abmomination of a phone! As you may have noticed....I don't like it! And I have the latest firmware version too!
