Hi Guys,

I`m new here, but have been lurking in the wings for some time. My question is , has anyone seen a Yeti E. I really want a 1.2 TSI but to try and keep the costs down,( I know its not a lot of difference, but every penny counts) I am thinking of the E. But i have yet to see one in the flesh. Its really hard to judge from a picture what the Yeti would look like with out the spot lights. I must admit I am very envious of those of you that have got there`s as I most probably will have to wait a while till i can order one, but all good things come to those that wait :'( well thats the saying anyway, but not sure if its true.

This is a question, not a statement.

If the Yeti E has DRLs then surely the general look of the front should be the same as all the other Yetis.

The fogs share a housing with the Daytime Running Lights.

I stand to be corrected.

I'm pretty sure that the round spot light housing will still be there, just with a blank/no light inside of it so should look just fine...

Yes, the E model does have the secondary round lights as well, just with the fog light bulbs missing from inside. I posted some pictures of E models a while ago when I was desperately trying to find what they looked like (at the same time that I was hunting for pictures of Pacific Blue). Copy of link below.....

I originally wanted an 'E' model for cost reasons but in the end ordered an 'S' model because I didn't want a car without stability control.

Hi shrub,

a Yeti Active is equivalent to a Yeti S. There are not many countries that offer four levels of trim. Germany do so their Yeti Yeti  like our E does not include foglights in the spec.
