This question it's a litle stupid but... :(

Does Skoda Octavia VRS with xenon lights have fog lights?

I make this question because a I will change in my Skoda the halogen to xenon lights and I need to know if I could put the fog lamp in the xenon lights.

yep,the xenons have fogs just like the halogens,see pic :)
