Thanks Tom,

looks like a Heinz 57 between the Kuga and Qashqai

Base 4x4 comes in nearly a grand less than the SE 140, so not a bad buy but I think I will stick with my Monster thanks :)

I'm happy with the Yeti I have on order, especially since Hyundai aren't on our car scheme! but i think the ix35 is a decent enough machine. It's one I would consider if i was buying the car myself. I'm not sure about the styling of the front grill though.

The good thing about this type of car from Hyundai is that it will keep Skoda on its toes. I personally am more than happy with my choice but this is a good car for the market and will help to drive up the level of this type of car partly as the Korean companies have to offer a little extra to win business . I think Skoda's are better made, look better and have a higher quality but that does not mean that this car will not pick up sales.

If in future we see more eqt fitted as standard, an extra year on your warranty and other little improvements then we Yeti owners may be grateful to the likes of this car.

I don't think you can really compare the two, Hyundai may be a good car, but it is not in the same range as Yeti - looking at the photos, Hyundai doesn't have the same space in the boot i.e. I couldn't fit my dog in the back, whilst Yeti has plenty of head room. I suspect the same would apply to passanger space. And Yeti is better priced. And I like it better :-)

Looks like the Hyundai could well give the Yeti a good run for the money. And the warranty is?

Looks like a Prius on stilts.

I think that will look very bland and blend into the crowd very quickly. Not keen on the interior either.

The Hyundai's boot has a much bigger volume than a Yeti, 591 Litres. Not sure how good it would be for a dog with the sloping back though.

yuk
