Quick question for ye before i try and find out the hard way....

Does anybody know if a tailgate from a Hatchback will fit the Estate?

I lined them up side by side today and the look identical

But i cant be that lucky?

Also...

The loom for the lights etc... is there a connection that i can unplug or do i have to pull it out?

They're the same. All part of Skoda's brilliant ethic of reusing parts wherever possible. I think there is a connection to unplug, memory has let me down on where it is though (in the top area above the headlining?)
