Featured Replies

Didn't you have 250lbft of lovely torque though?

Good point... mine only reached 225lb ft... I do oh so wonder which rolling road these figures were achieved at ? So many many questions :)

As Many people said to me before ;) -its how it drives, how does it drive ? are you happy if not complain, from what ive seen on track, figures dont mean that much, unless you have 300 bhp but thats another kettle :D

Steve

PS ive got 4bar REVO and am very happy, pulls like a train - as for figures i dont realy care, i can FEEL the difference and it feels good :) .

As Rich says, the most important queston is ... [b']what does it feel like to drive?[/b]

I got the Revo'd at Westward Engineering (Ireland) about 12 weeks ago and that's were i had it dyno'd. Torque is well up and the car drive's well,

it just that if your told when you get remaped your car will be 212bhp and it's only 192bhp there's just something not rite.

HAVE YOU CONTACTED YOUR REVO AGENT = YES!

Usually.. higher toprque but faster dropoff means its pulling back on the dyno.. heat related thing.. not as apparent on real driving..

seen it a lot..

std cars dont suffer the heatsoak as much as they run much less boost.

It mite not be holding the boost at the top end.

@badger5 that a fair point my car was first on the rollers after driving up so it only had 40min to cool down before going on.
