Is it from Jerry, Secret Agent Man? If so it may be genuine. I'll drop you the mail address from him to see if it tallies with what you have. If it is SAM, he has a silly powered scoob and knows quite a few of the Octy drivers in Sweden. Nice guy too :cool:

:cool: Sounds a pretty regular sort of guy to me although I'm not convinced that he knows that they drive on the right in Sweden. Doubtless funds will be transferred straight into your bank - once you have provided relevant details - although maybe after the car has exited stage left in a container from Felixstowe bound for Nigeria. Is there any clue in the header as to where his email is from?

Steve, its a scam. Chap at work sold an item in loot to what he thought was a genuine person. All was going well till he got the forged bankers draft, it was so bad it was unreal. His is now being dealt with by the fraud unit at the police station.

Oh I know it's a scam. I've actually had 3 emails like this one!

I've also had a phone call to find out if I'd had any scam emails off someone will rather broken English!

Someone where I work got stung for 8k recently because of a forged bankers draft :( At least it was the Golf he sold not the TVR

I was advertising SWMBOs car in October.....one kid phoned up

said he wanted a car in january!
