Looks like it was that good (whatever it was) that it's been removed from Ebay!

Petrol's got to be the cheapest thing that really works on tar spots -- enough petrol to wet a rag (syphoned out your tank) is a few pence at most, a litre of any of the tar and glue removers is up about £8+ vs. a litre of petrol @£1.20
