Hi there.

I've been viewing this site for a few weeks now and decided it was time to say hello.

Currently I'm a BMW driver but as my commute is about to increase I'm thinking of changing to a diesel. I will probably never by BMW again, not because they are bad cars they just have a bad image.

Fed up with the looks and the attitude of other BMW drivers.

Im still undecided as to what to replace it with, Dad has a L&K Octavia and loves it but I have also had a quick spin in a VRS Fabia.

Would like to get a now Octavia 2.0 with the DSG box but as I am in the process of buying a new house I dont think that will happen.

Hello all, I am looking for advice from the hive mind please. We have a 2012 Fabia Scout and it needs new shocks, maybe rear springs too. Most places list these items, but they are the standard Fabia items, and I believe that the Scout has a slightly different spec suspension. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the correct items please? Many thanks in advance for advice received. Darren

Hi guys, I'm at desperation stage here. Changed bearings on the car. Ball joints also changed. The threads on my TREs were goosed from getting the busy off, so I bought new ones to replace them. My issue is the jam nuts. I have watched/read pretty much everything that's out there, yet these things won't budge. Tried heat, spray etc. Is it definitely clockwise for both to loosen them off you are looking at the hub from the outside of the wheel arch? Lefty loosey when looking from the insid

Hi new to the site I have just purchased a 2008 superb Laurin and klement edition in dark blue with cream leather 118000 with original wheels athou the wheels need full refurb i think they are diamond cut but maybe someone could correct me could anyone tell me how many were produced in mk1s and are they a rare car I would have preferred the 1.9 as apose to the 2.0 litre but it drives just a good and coud not find this edition in a 1.9 but I don't think they did a laurin klement in a 1.9 tdi but
