UK DSG (Elegance) countdown

Featured Replies

69 hours and counting

Just had a phone call from my dealer. Our Yeti has arrived, and will be ready to collect on Saturday morning :) Possibly the first DSG in the UK?

It's a Yeti Elegance 1.2TSI DSG in Muscovada, with panoramic sunroof, Columbus satnav, textile mats, and mudflaps.

I've also been checking through the Elegance/SE/S/E specifications, to draw up a checklist of what should be on the car. Can anyone spot anything I've missed or got wrong? And what is the "jumbo box"?

The Jumbo Box is the center armrest between the front seats.

Mine was due for build the week after you so hopefully it was in the same shipment.

nice one, mines 15 + weeks away.....dealer said today that some are now 20 weeks!!!!!

Tarbat when was yours built (which week) and where did it come into the uk?

Mine was built on the 29th March and will be coming into the Tyne, sooon I hope !!!!!!!

tarbat - my car is exactly the same model (1.2 TSI DSG) and specification - Elegance with Sat Nav, colour - Muscovado.

only difference is mine doesn't have Panoramic Roof and Mudflaps.

mine was ordered 1st week in Febraury and Lombard expects to deliver to my door on 29th April. So i am not sure if it is on it's way over - sitting in Lombards approved Skoda Dealership etc.

when did you order yours?

gutted mine won't be the 1st UK DSG7 on this forum. :'(

(i think Speedster was the 1st official 1.2TSI DSG7 - in Europe on this forum. With his lovely 'White' Yeti in Greece).

To answer the couple of questions. I ordered the Yeti on 10th December, and it was built week 11, ready for shipping on 17th March.

That must be one of the first without a doubt. God knows what our demo Yeti DSG is doing, taking ages!!
