The seach is death to use lad

Illegal unless they are self leveling and also must have washer jets fitted.

Hello mate, have you gone for the kit?

Just bought some myself - you want H7 fitment. As said, you're supposed to fit self levelling headlights, washers, projectors etc. but noone seems to lol!

Sorry for the thread hi-jack, but was wondering if they set off the bulb warning light?

Before anyone says it, I have used the search, but it's returning nothing at all - broken, or just me being thick?

Actually don't answer that ;)

No, shouldn't set off any bulb warning lights

matt

Quality cheers dude, have you got them fitted? PM Me

hello there i have got philps hid kits they are just ballasts and bulbs now it didnt bring on any warning lights with me but i know when i put led back lights in it came on so id try it out mate i did and i havent looked back lol the only mod i had to do was to cut a 30mm hole in the headlmp cover for the wires to go through to the ballast :giggle: oh and some electrical tape over the connection of the standard plugs

Hows does that help me??

It doesn't but it makes us all laugh.

Hids in standard lenses are carp. The search will show you the light....

Another quick one (again mate, sorry to hi-jack!) how does the bulb angler work in the fabia? In the octy, you have to cut a bigger hole to allow movement of the bulb itself, but is it the reflector dish that moves in the furby? Or is there enough clearance (very little in octy)?

In his defense, the search was down when he posted.

But I do agree, the aftermarket HIDs are horrid to be faced with when coming towards you. I find even my proper xenons are a bit bright when facing the car, and they're factory fit ones, dunno how people get away with the aftermarket ones tbh.

I'm not sure that insulting people will get you the results you are looking for in life.

i just think taking the mik out of people that are asking a question is a bit over the top and i seek no results i am just mearly making every one laugh

Go for the 4.3k ones as they give out most light and looke more OEM. i've jad them in mine and there fine, only minimal stray light.

Ally at unit18 said mine were good too, and he said he doesn't like them.. so.. B)

And why does everyone get on their high horse at any little thing nowadays? mega boring
