Golf VI steering wheel on Octy II ?

Featured Replies

Has anyone fitted a Golf VI multifunction steering wheel to a Octy II vRS ? Been looking for some info on Google and here but come up with nothing.

If so, what's involved? What extra controllers/commectors/wire looms etc are needed?

I've got the Mk V wheel on mine, but the Mk 6 has been fitted and working by Ben at Shark Performance, one of the site sponsors - I'd suggested contacting him to see what you'd need

The only thing stopping me is that Ben has yet to get cruise control working with this wheel. Once thats cracked, I'm first in line :-)

If you can refrain from the handmaidens and grape consumption for ten minutes to sort out the cruise control, I'm desperate to get my wheel changed emoticon-0140-rofl.gifemoticon-0140-rofl.gif

You can, yes, but I'll be very surprised if you can retro-fit it to a Mk 2 pre-facelift Octavia B)
