Blueflame ordered ten minutes ago.

Hope to get it here in time for Friday cos I'm off and can get it fitted then.

Does anybody know what gaskets I will need as it apparently doesn't come with any??

It's going on in the morning. Any answers RE:gasket?

Are exhaust gaskets generic? Seems a bit daft that they'll supply

an exhaust that has a flanged union without the gasket to go in between

the mating surfaces. I can only assume from this that they're easy to come by??

Where could I find one? Motor factor? Kwik fit type place?

Any help would be gratefully recieved as I only have this afternoon to get one.

She's on the ramp at my local VAG specialist at 8.30 tomorrow morning.

It's my birthday on monday and for my prezzie, Mrs Grr topped up my blueflame fund

enough for me to buy it.

After waiting sooooooo looooooooong for it I just don't want there to be any reason

he can't do it tomorrow, especially as he's squeezed me in for a while you wait jobbie

when I hadn't booked it in until today when it came. You normally have to give 2 weeks

notice to get a saturday booking. He's very busy down there. Luckily he's been working

on my cars for about 10 years now so I jumped the queue.

It has twin stainless tips welded to original backbox so not oem looking yet oem in terms of sound etc

it cleans up lovely and has been sympathetically removed. Ideal for someone who has just fitted a vrs rear bumper.

( Big A you know I'm talking to you LOL :p )

As for sound of the blueflame. No real change. Slightly bassier tone but almost indistinguishable

from the tailpipe I just removed. Looks blinding though. Dead happy with it!!
