Hey

Just wondering if it is possible to add an MDI to a "Stream MP3" Unit?

I asked the dealer for a price on 1ZO 051 592 and then asked if there was anything else i needed, he said he had to check using the Chassis Number, and when he did he had no options for an MDI just AUX which i find fiddly to use

Has anyone retro fitted an MDI to a stream?

What parts are needed?

You'd have no way of controlling the MDI on a Stream unit. It required a Bolero or Columbus unit.

Well thats that then, i thought it was controlled as if it was a cd changer

Guess i will have to find a SH Bolero then as im not shelling out €900 odd for a new one

I'll have a new Bolero for sale in about 2/3 weeks time......
