To be fair , we have been doing the Mondeo ones

We have been trying to get them on to our on line shop , but out IT guy is busy

So , I think I will have to do some of the friendly Sarah nagg LOL :giggle:

I thought it was down to what kit you got, not how high or low. Mine is low enough to take the splitter off on a fairly low kerb, but i didnt need them

hi

i am booked on at AMD in essex for AP coilovers they have advised me to have new top mounts as for drop link they said it should be fine to use the standard length ones.

I think mine is still on standard drop links and its pretty low and its absolutly fine !

How comes you have swapped to a fabia from the fiesta ?

mine still has standed drop links and is low as it will go

The drop link attachment is in a difference place of the AP, Weitec and KW coilovers so most of the time you'll get away with the standard links. It's only when going uber low that they may need to be changed.

Other kits such as the V-Maxxx and a like pretty much need them as soon as you lower the car any amount.

Are the AP coilies any good? I know they are at the cheaper side of the scale, but awesome say they are really good. Just want to know from someone on here who has them. Was thinking between these and the Weitec GT's.

Cheers

Jon

I've got them sitting in a box in my spare room, will let you know once fitted! :D

from what ive been told the weitec are slightly more comfortable for day to day driving which is why im thinking of going for them as im only having them for looks to be honest, emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

I want them for track use aswell as looks. So not fussed about comfortable for day to day. As I drive 10 miles a day, and the rest is brisky driving on the weekend.

KW V1's are the business!!

they now do a non stainless galvanised Varient 1 which arent too badly priced!!

The AP's are a really good choice and we've sold a lot for the Fabia but the Weitec's in my opinion are worth the extra.

Give me a shout if you'd like any prices.
