got the chance of buying some 19 inch le-mans split rims of my brothers CLS merc, a steal at £500 with tyres they are £3,500 to buy new, but dont know if thet will fit my car

Gorgeous wheels, but you're really going to struggle. PCD is right at 112, and you can correct the centre bore with spigot rings (you can get them from ebay for a pittance), but the offset is way wrong. Pretty sure they'll be 8.5J ET32 on the front and 9.5J ET32 on the rear. You're going to be 32mm futher out on the fronts than on your stock wheels, which might work with 215 width tyres, but I think you might need the arch pulling slightly. Assuming they are staggered so the rears are 9.5J, you're going to be 44mm further out than standard. Even with 215 tyres on, you'll have to roll / pull the arch. If you could get it to work, it would look EPIC.

Ask your bro if the ones he's selling are definitely genuine. If they're all 8.5 and not staggered (9.5 rears) I might have a go at getting them on mine if you don't want them.

I'd be up for a bit of arch-work if it meant I could get them on. Thought of genuine 19" LMs on my car quite frankly gives me a large semi.
