Polishing

Anyone use an eletric buffing machine for polishing

Are they any good, Do they leave swirls?.

My furbie's yellow so no metallic paint.

Tried it - got swirls and it's not as satisfying as a hand job (so to speak).

got the meguires buffer thing and it works fine but i did pay extra for the special polishing bonnet thing. only problem is the batteries dont last very long when you first get it so you have to keep charging them up, i'm told they last fine once cycled about half a dozen times.

You can buy mine if you like only used once (never to be used again):thumbdwn: its quicker using a cloth and better.

Same as on my old car, wouldnt touch one again, only need one small spec of grit in it and its game over.
